Please allow 24 hours' notice if your appointment needs to be changed or cancelled. We send out SMS reminders the day before your appointment as a reminder to confirm.

If 24hrs notice is not given you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the service cost.

 

'No Shows' - If you do not turn up to your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service cost.

 

Unfortunately you will not be able to re-book with us until these fees have been paid.
